Our team

We now have a team of over 200 dedicated staff, volunteers, champions, ambassadors and trustees. Each and every one of us is committed to making a lasting change for victims and survivors. 

As a charity, the work of IDAS is overseen by a Trustee Board which comprises skilled and knowledgeable people recruited from a wide range of backgrounds including the law, human resources, marketing and finance.
