How we have helped

How we have helped

One of the things we most regularly hear from the people we help is how our support has changed and, in many cases, saved their lives.

Our work is transformational both for those we support and for the wider communities we serve. Every year we help over 10,000 people through our community support and emergency accommodation and we handle over 25,000 helpline calls. Please take some time to hear from some of those we’ve helped and our staff and volunteers.
