We are delighted to have been shortlisted for Charity or Not-For-Profit Initiative of the Year by the prestigious The Employer’s Excellence Awards.

The shortlisting follows a series of nominations from both the public and people in our sector. The annual awards ceremony shines a light on the people and organisations demonstrating best practice in the workplace as well as the outstanding achievements of the country’s business trailblazers.

We have been recognised alongside high-profile organisations and initiatives, including:

  • Big Help Project
  • McDonald’s
  • One Knowsley
  • Pathways CIC
  • IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Services)
  • Chelsea Foundation
  • St James’s Place Charitable Foundation
  • Liverpool Football Club Foundation
  • Steven Gerrard Academy
  • Everton in the Community

The Employer’s Excellence Awards judging panel will meet in May to review the shortlist of each judged category and will analyse work undertaken by each nominee. Among the judges are, Deborah Arthurs is editor of Metro.co.uk, a global news website with over 300 million page visits per month and Baroness Helen Newlove, best known for her role as Victims’ Commissioner for England and Wales, Baroness Newlove campaigned tirelessly to champion the cause of crime victims.

The Employer’s Excellence Awards 2024 ceremony will take place for the first time in Liverpool on Thursday 13th June 2024, hosted by British TV icon Vernon Kay - and will include a host of surprise guests and entertainment.

To be shortlisted in this category is a testament to our combined efforts to keep people safe from domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Wish us luck!
