Tracey started her career working for national commercial companies in project and change management. Her key responsibilities were developing systems and structures to support organisational growth. This was followed by 25 years in the charitable and education sectors with development and leadership roles in Human Resources and advisory work.
Tracey has significant experience in strategic and operational leadership with a strong people focus. She is dedicated to empowering organisations to serve their communities and is proud to work with IDAS.
