Noreen is the Training Lead for IDAS and is responsible for creating and developing new and innovative training programmes for professionals and organisations across the UK. Noreen began her career in the legal sector, representing victims of domestic abuse in the family courts and later joined IDAS as a qualified IDVA with a specialism in honour-based abuse and forced marriage cases.
As well as a qualified IDVA, Noreen is also a certified trainer and is passionate about creating greater awareness around domestic and sexual abuse and empowering professionals to challenge abusive behaviour.
