Jayne had been in leadership roles as a Registered Nurse for almost 30 years within hospitals and hospices. The roles included Associate Chief Nurse, Interim Director of Nursing and Named Nurse for Adult Safeguarding. She has a Master’s degree in Hospice Leadership which strengthen her knowledge on the challenges of charity sector organisations.
Although still registered Jayne is retired from clinical practice.
Jayne is passionate about service delivery and change management, quality assurance and safeguarding.
