Jane has 35 years experience in the schools sectors, most recently as a CEO of a multi academy trust and Headteacher. She was awarded an OBE for services to education in 2017, following her work for the Department for Education regionally and as a National Leader of Education, supporting leaders to improve the quality of education, in a wide range of schools. She is currently working with a range of organisations as an Executive coach. Her interest in IDAS began as a professional looking for services to support children and their families. Jane is proud to be trustee for IDAS and an advocate for children and young people.
