Gemma Umpleby works as a Director for a local charity leading on strategy and development and delivery of Community Services. Gemma brings over 16 years experience working in children’s social care, adult social care and health to the charity sector, including four years as the domestic abuse lead for policy development and strategic partnership arrangements for local authority services for countering domestic abuse. Gemma brings an in-depth understanding of commissioning and substantive experience of service improvement to meet people’s needs.
