Evie has worked in the charitable sector for 16 years. Whilst working in a young people’s prison, Evie became interested in the intergenerational issues that negatively impact families, children, and young people, so left her role to lead on one of the first Family Intervention Projects. She remains committed to taking a whole family approach to support and has developed a number of projects based on this principle, including domestic abuse outreach services in Suffolk. She moved back to York in 2014 and was delighted to have the opportunity to join IDAS in 2018, initially as a Project Manager and more recently as North Yorkshire Regional Manager.
