Confidentiality

We treat all your information in the strictest of confidence and will never share information about you with others unless we have grave concerns about your welfare. In these circumstances we would only share information with agencies such as the police or social care and never with your partner, your ex or other family members.

Safeguarding you and your children

We will work with you to help you keep yourself and your children safe. We will explain the choices you have, but we will never tell you what to do.

If we need to discuss your welfare with other agencies such as the police or social care we will always try to discuss this with you first and agree a plan with you.
